Once your order has shipped we will send you an email with tracking information. All shipments are insured up to $100.
Returns and Exchanges:
We love our toys and hope you do too! If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange unopened items within 30 of purchase. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted in person at the store or via Canada Post (for online orders). To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com.
No refund or exchange on PLUSH or CLEARANCE items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or shipping fees.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged or defective items please provide an image along with your request for refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For issues with Playmobil or LEGO please contact the manufacturer directly.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
